1. Any order once confirmed and payment received against the order, will not be altered.
2. Customized products will only be prepared against 100% advance payment.
3. Goods once sold will not be taken back.
4. We take due care during the transportation of the product. However, if customers receive a damaged product, we will exchange only the damaged quantity of the product.
5. To exchange the product, applicable tax or legal documents will be provided by the customer.
