Job Description

Day-to-day

  • Track candidates through Pre-Registration ; review forms for accuracy/completeness; prevent delays by responding quickly to inquiries.

  • Prepare batch upload spreadsheets for background checks; coordinate with employees/managers; hand off clean files to Registration.

  • In Registration: review pre-reg backgrounds, submit FINRA fingerprints , process Form U4 amendments , and maintain complete applicant files.

Must-haves

  • 2+ years administrative or business support (work/consulting/military/education).

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and professional communication.

  • Ability to work hybrid in St. Louis (3 onsite days).

Nice-to-haves

  • Financial services environment experience.

  • Familiarity with FINRA , fingerprinting , Form U4 , background check workflows, or client onboarding/compliance .
