RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team in Parsippany, NJ with $22.76/hr pay for a 6-months contract (possibility of extension). In this role, you will be responsible for processing, auditing, and maintaining accuracy across all AP functions — ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and supporting our Treasury and Accounting teams with reconciliation and reporting. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fridays until 1:00 PM EST)

Setup: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

What You’ll Do:

• Process and audit regular and PO invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Record and submit wire payments to Treasury.
• Create and process payments for multiple payment methods.
• Audit T&E reports in Concur and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Extract documentation for projects and audits as needed.
• Reconcile invoices, vendor statements, and assist in internal data cleanups.
• Manage vendor maintenance — including setup, updates, and inactivation.
• Support 1099 processing and reporting.
• Generate ad hoc reports upon request.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and external vendors.
• Expected Volume: 90–100 invoices/day (mix of automated and manual reviews for U.S. and Canadian operations).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or related field preferred).
• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Payables and Concur Expense.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Customer service background and data entry experience in invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
• Open to strong entry-level candidates with relevant education and enthusiasm to learn.
