🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Own your market. Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profit across your assigned territory.
• Grow new business. Lead business development efforts, strategize new client acquisition, and ensure consistent, high-level sales performance.
• Lead high-performing teams. Hire, coach, and develop Branch Managers, Business Development Managers, Recruiters, and On-Site teams.
• Maximize fulfillment. Oversee 100% order fill rates with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Measure what matters. Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and take proactive steps to meet and exceed targets.
• Strengthen client partnerships. Actively build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders across your region.

👥 Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing multiple locations and driving regional or multi-unit sales performance
• Track record of building successful sales teams and developing top talent
• Comfortable leading with metrics, accountability, and urgency
• Strong communicator with solid cross-functional collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license for regional travel
