Trustmark is currently seeking a Premium Reconciliation Specialist. This is a hybrid work arrangement position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

This individual will be responsible for reconciling list bill and/or direct bill payments and assists with resolving billing issues.

• Reconciles multiple client or policy premium payments.
• Researches and resolves variety of billing issues and suspense discrepancies.
• Enters high volume of billing updates into the appropriate system.
• Analyzes and responds to variety of billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 - 4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent Business Communication Skills (verbal and written).
• Detail Oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
• General accounting knowledge.
