Job Title: Billing Specialist

Location: Tulsa, OK

Compensation: $45000 - $55000 / Year

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of information within the system before submission.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and address any billing discrepancies.
• Record payments and maintain precise account records.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on billing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue cycle management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
