Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a physical trade, such as construction, landscaping, agriculture, logging, sugaring, or automotive repair. Experience in heavy construction or bridge work is a big plus.
Experience with steel erection, concrete construction, pile driving, rigging, carpentry, earthwork, welding, operating equipment, and drilling is ideal, but ECI is willing to train the right hard-working individuals. Training in welding or obtaining a CDL may be available for the right applicant.
