Job Description:
Support a cross-functional program by translating business questions into data-driven insights through SQL analysis and Power BI dashboards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to define success metrics
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholder decision-making
Conduct in-depth SQL and Excel analyses to validate trends and measure impact
Present findings in clear, actionable formats for non-technical teams
Support pilots and A/B testing through cohort analysis and measurement
Ensure data documentation and maintain a reliable metric source of truth
Coordinate with engineering teams to improve data quality and access
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3–5 years in business-facing or program analytics
Strong SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Power BI dashboard development and maintenance
Effective communicator able to translate data into recommendations
Proven cross-team collaboration to drive improvements
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Philadelphia
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with data modeling, metrics layers (LookML/DBT)
Exposure to Python or R
Experience measuring AI/ML-led change impacts
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or analytics-driven change management
