Job Overview 634 Properties is looking for a hands-on, versatile Construction Laborer to support our residential portfolio with repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks. This is a full-time, field-based role suited for a reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. Key Responsibilities - Install and repair flooring, with emphasis on click vinyl plank (required) and carpet (preferred)
- Perform drywall repairs and painting for interior/exterior surfaces
- Conduct basic plumbing tasks including unclogging, faucet replacement, and leak repair
- Handle basic electrical work such as switch and outlet replacement
- Execute general carpentry work including trim, minor framing, and door repairs
- Complete routine property maintenance duties across assigned residential units
- Work independently and document completed tasks accurately
- Collaborate with other field staff or contractors as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Proficiency with click vinyl plank flooring installation required
- Skilled in drywall patching and interior painting
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Schedule - Full-Time
