Job Title: Content Writer (AI Annnotator)

About the Project

We are collaborating with a leading game AI model company to train and fine-tune advanced language models tailored for immersive gaming environments. These models power AI characters capable of human-like interactions, emotional depth, and engaging storytelling.

As an Content Annotator , you will play a key role in shaping the voice and behavior of these AI characters. Your work will directly influence how these models respond to players, craft compelling narratives, and sustain meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level, your tasks may include:

• Evaluating AI-generated text for human-likeness, tone, and emotional engagement
• Judging how well the AI understands and responds to user input or game context
• Reviewing multi-turn dialogues for narrative coherence and character consistency
• Checking AI outputs for alignment with instructions and creative constraints
• Editing or generating short- and long-form creative content (e.g., dialogue, branching narratives, summaries)
• Tagging, rating, and analyzing AI content using structured feedback frameworks
• Collaborating with the project team to maintain high-quality annotation standards

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Native-level English fluency (written and spoken)
• Excellent reading comprehension and grammar
• Strong instinct for natural, emotionally resonant communication
• Reliable and consistent availability (minimum 30 hours/week)

Preferred (for higher-tier roles):

• Experience in creative writing, narrative design, or story-based game content
• Degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, History, or Humanities
• Familiarity with dialogue-rich games, interactive fiction, or virtual character platforms
• Experience with editorial review or structured content evaluation
