Type and enter information into company databases, documents, and spreadsheets
Review typed data for spelling or formatting errors
Update and maintain digital records
Format documents according to simple guidelines
Organize files and ensure information is easy to retrieve
Follow data privacy and confidentiality rules
Complete basic administrative tasks as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic knowledge of computers and typing software
Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet tools (Google Docs, Word, Excel, etc.)
