Job Description

A La Crosse Area based drywall repair company looking for an experienced drywall finisher to do small-to-medium sized residential and commercial repairs, small hang and finish jobs, painting, and trim installation. We are a growing business serving customers in the Driftless Region. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Excellent customer services skills, efficiency, and punctuality a must, as we are a company focused on customer satisfaction.  All materials supplied by the company along with weekly pay, and various allowances available, such as fuel and food, for full-time employees. 

Hourly wage $28-$35 per hour based on experience. Bonuses are offered, in addition to base pay, for performance.   

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PatchMaster drywall repair technicians provide excellent drywall repair, drywall installation, finishing, and painting to customers in their home or office. 

In addition to repairing drywall, PatchMaster specializes in smaller installation, finishing, and interior painting services.  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of working with drywall finishing or repairs REQUIRED
Experience in construction, carpentry, or home repair is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Candidates are required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background investigation.
