Job Overview Riverview Exterior Construction LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join our growing team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for large-scale multifamily exterior projects across the Southeast. This role requires a strong understanding of siding, roofing, and specialty building envelope systems, along with the ability to collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and vendors. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in winning projects that define communities and help shape our company's continued success.

Learn more at: Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bids for multifamily exterior siding and roofing projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and addenda to determine scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to review proposals and finalize bids.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotes, ensuring scope coverage and cost competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate cost databases and unit pricing to support future estimates.
- Prepare bid clarifications, qualifications, and scope breakdowns for submission.
- Track bid opportunities, due dates, and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
- Support handoff meetings to transition awarded projects to project management teams.
- Perform occasional site visits to review conditions, validate assumptions, and support accurate pricing.
Qualifications - 2-5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction (siding, roofing, or building envelope strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, details, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of exterior systems including fiber cement, vinyl, engineered wood siding, and roofing materials.
- Experience using estimating and construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, PlanGrid).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and math skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related office tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
