The Role: As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly by conducting proactive and vital maintenance on our facilities and machinery.

Shift Information:
2-2-3 Pattern: Strategic scheduling for operational excellence.
Timing: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Situated in vibrant Pensacola, Florida, this in-house role reports to the Facilities Manager and is a key player within our Maintenance Department.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct general upkeep such as painting, electrical replacements, and minor carpentry.
• Perform standard preventive maintenance tasks including oiling, filter and belt changes.
• Ensure structural soundness by performing exterior maintenance tasks including washing and treating surfaces.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with practical experience in facility maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in operating an array of tools and equipment.
• Exposure to various maintenance chemicals and cleaning solvents.

Work Environment:

• Capability to regularly handle weights up to 40lbs.
• Extensive periods of physical activities such as standing and reaching.

Desired Experience:

• High lift operation expertise.
• Competency with multimeters for fine-scale tasks.
