Overview

Founded in 2000 by career law-enforcement officials, TriCorps is staffed with the most experienced team of security professionals available to the private sector, having the ability to meet the requests of companies who need electronic security or physical security presence. TriCorps Security is headquartered in Oklahoma City and employees over 1,000 security officers from North Dakota to Florida.

Job Skills / Requirements

This position is On-Site. You will be required to monitor video and alarm signals and respond to alarms using the information provided on instruction screens.

Place necessary outgoing calls to verify an alarm, dispatch the proper authorities, and notify responsible parties.

Must have the ability to remain calm and speak clearly to customers.

Properly document all responses for the alarm within the alarm monitoring software.

Other duties to be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Fluent in English additional language a plus

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.

Knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Windows and associated programs.

Ability to type 20 WPM minimum.

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable work ethic.

Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Needs the ability to prioritize.

Needs the ability to work independently or as a team member.

Must have the flexibility to work weekends or other shifts.

Call center or central station experience is preferred, but not required.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Driver's License
