Perform general repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing and electrical work
Install fixtures, appliances, doors, cabinets, shelving, and hardware
Diagnose maintenance issues and provide effective repair solutions
Perform preventative maintenance and property upkeep
Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and timelines
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work environment
Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or general repair technician
Strong working knowledge of home repair tools and techniques
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and independently
Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong customer service and time-management skills
Experience with residential and light commercial properties
Ability to read basic plans or instructions
Physical ability to lift materials and work in confined spaces
Trade certifications or licenses (a plus, if applicable)
