Key Responsibilities of a High Volt Dispatcher

• Coordinate and dispatch high voltage technicians to various job sites
• Ensure all dispatched resources meet safety and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and manage field operations to maintain high-quality service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatched activities
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Who We Are Seeking

• Strong background in high voltage dispatching with at least 3 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
• Computer proficiency with a familiarity in dispatch software
• A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 3 years in a dispatch or related role
• Experience in the home automation or electrical services industry is advantageous
