HVAC Inventory Specialist Warehouse Associate Location Salt Lake City, UT :

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and processing shipments, fulfilling orders, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The scheduled hours for this position are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Monday through Friday. During busy season there will be Saturday rotations among the warehouse team. There is over time required during busy season.

What we need done:

• Prior experience in the HVAC Trade is highly preferred.
• This position is the Warehouse Closer and hours above are required.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles and organizing products in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure trucks are stocked and maintained.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
