Job Description

The HT Group is hiring a Journeyman Electrician for a fast-growing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company specializing in the electric energy and oil and gas sector. Our client delivers full-scope construction services for energy infrastructure projects with experienced crews managing overhead and underground power lines, substations, power distribution systems, and instrumentation.

Location: Midland, TX
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for energy infrastructure projects
Work on overhead and underground power lines, substations, and process systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ensure all work complies with safety codes and regulations
Collaborate with project managers, utility companies, and other stakeholders
Support all phases of construction from foundation to final commissioning

Qualifications:
Texas Electrical Journeyman License Required
Experience managing industrial, oil and gas or utility infrastructure projects
Ability to work in remote or challenging environments independently and as part of a team
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and electrical codes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
