What You’ll Be Doing - Develop and maintain financial frameworks for tracking, forecasting, and reporting Amazon pass-through bill backs and related vendor reimbursements
- Monitor and model gross profit margins across SKUs, brands, and channels to identify margin drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Analyze pricing strategies and Amazon fees to assess profitability impacts and support data-driven pricing decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Brand, and Operations to ensure alignment on financial insights, reconciliations, and corrective actions
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards that communicate key margin trends, anomalies, and performance insights to leadership
- Support month-end close activities , including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial data validation to ensure reporting accuracy
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A — retail or e-commerce industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills , including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling formulas
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with large datasets , SKU-level margin tracking, or pricing analysis
- Familiarity with ERP and BI tools , such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau

Compensation Transparency We’ve listed a broad salary range of $60,000-$85,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
