Who We’re Looking For Fully licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LMSW, LPC) in Michigan who:
- Love working with couples and families
- Are passionate about expanding access to quality mental health care
- Thrive in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, authenticity, humor, and compassion
- Bring creativity and innovation to their practice
- May be interested in leadership or supervisory roles as we expand
What You’ll Do - Provide 25 weekly client sessions (couples, families, and individuals)
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to serve our community
- Use creative, evidence-based interventions to help clients meet their goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
