Requirements: - Active LPN license LPN license in Michigan
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or SNF experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and block schedules
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Conduct routine health checks and monitor resident conditions
- Document care and updates accurately in the EMR
- Assist with ADLs and collaborate with the care team
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards
- Respond to urgent health situations promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
