Adecco is currently hiring for a Manual Surface & Mill Grinder position with a great company in Montebello, CA. If you're experienced with manual machining and precision grinding, this could be a great fit! **Position Details:** + **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (2nd Shift) + **Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour **Job Summary:** As a Manual Surface and Mill Grinder, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating manual grinding and milling machines to shape and finish metal parts with high precision. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in using precision measuring tools. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate manual surface grinders and milling machines + Set up tools, speeds, feeds, and grinding wheels + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges + Maintain quality records and perform basic machine maintenance + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area + Work independently while meeting quality and productivity goals If you or someone you know might be interested, feel free to apply to this job posting or email your resume to adeccobranch5140@adeccona.com Looking forward to hearing from you! **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
