Position: Paralegal (Part-Time)
Overview
Eden Senior Care is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal to join our corporate legal team. This position requires a minimum of 25 hours per week and offers flexibility with hybrid work-from-home options. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or real estate matters, and possess strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and provide concise, accurate analysis.
Draft, review, and prepare contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support corporate governance, real estate, and M&A transactions.
Maintain and update corporate records, filings, and compliance documentation.
Provide support on additional projects as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Qualifications
Paralegal Certificate required.
3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally in corporate, M&A, or real estate law.
Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with precision.
Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
