Dermatology Physician Assistant opportunity

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (or NP) with dermatology experience to join our well-established dermatology practice. We have several locations in Victorville, Temecula, and Riverside.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends required).
• Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $150,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) with additional earning potential through bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dermatology services including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology (depending on experience).
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform procedures such as skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and cosmetic treatments as applicable.
• Educate patients on prevention, treatment, and skincare best practices.
• Collaborate closely with supervising dermatologist and care team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active California Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner 
• Dermatology experience (minimum of 1 year preferred).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient panel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
