We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Brooklyn, New York. The PA will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and procedural care across multiple settings, assisting physicians and delivering high-quality patient care.
Compensation: $62.52 - $91.26 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
Obtain patient histories, perform physical exams, and assess medical conditions.
Order labs, diagnostic tests, and coordinate patient care under physician supervision.
Prescribe medications, order fluids and diets, and maintain accurate medical records.
Perform minor procedures such as suturing, biopsies, incision and drainage, and casts/traction care.
Assist in surgery, pre- and post-operative care, or specialty procedures as assigned (e.g., GI tests, MMTP, DDS).
Provide patient education and counseling on treatments, medications, and preventive care.
Participate in emergency care, including CPR and trauma management.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and other clinical systems effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience for Senior PA designation.
Licensure: Licensed and currently registered as a Physician Assistant in New York State.
Strong clinical, procedural, and communication skills.
