A global Am Law 50 firm is seeking a corporate associate with at least 4 years of public company and capital market experience. Candidates should have extensive experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at-the-market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus.
We are willing for this candidate to reside in San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Boston, NYC, Washington DC, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Austin Texas as well as most other major markets.
