About The Position

This is a cross-trained role for someone who enjoys both patient interaction at the front desk and hands-on clinical assisting in the back. You’ll play an essential part in creating an exceptional patient experience — from the first phone call to the final smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist chairside with procedures, sterilization, and setup/breakdown.
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication.
• Support a positive, team-oriented office culture.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in both front office and clinical assisting.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable, upbeat, and eager to learn.
• Dental software knowledge (PracticeWorks or similar) a plus.
