Automotive Sales Consultant – EV-Focused, High-Energy Dealership We’re looking for a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our small, high-performance team at Karsten & Moore Auto Group in Gilbert, AZ. We’re an independent dealership with a heavy focus on EVs You’ll work a mix of store traffic, internet leads, and some outbound follow-up, guiding customers from first contact through delivery and presenting our EV warranty products along the way. This is a small base + commission role with flat per-unit pay plus spiffs on EV warranties, designed for someone who is competitive, money-motivated, and wants to grow with a fast-moving store. • Realistic earnings: ~$50,000–$75,000/year • Top performers: $80,000–$90,000+ Responsibilities: • Greet and engage walk-in customers and internet leads in a professional, friendly way • Ask great questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle • Present and demonstrate vehicles, with a strong emphasis on EVs/Teslas • Perform and coordinate test drives and guide customers through the full sales process • Proactively follow up outbound with leads, prior customers, and unsold prospects via phone, text, and email • Present and sell EV battery/warranty products and other add-ons with integrity • Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM • Represent the dealership’s brand and reputation with high energy, drive, and integrity Qualifications: • Strong sales and people skills are required – car sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or another performance-based role • Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by a commission-driven pay plan • Comfortable on the phone, text, and basic video (simple walkaround or follow-up videos) • Able to work full-time, including Saturdays (open to strong part-time candidates who can commit to a solid, consistent schedule) About Company: Karsten & Moore Auto Group is an EV-focused, high-performance dealership located in Arizona.
