Responsibilities:
- We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developers and Architect to join our dynamic team of transformation. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript with more than 10-year experience, along with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ development.
- Experience with Salesforce Billing is must.Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications. Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.
- Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience. 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role. Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ (4+ years) and Salesforce Billing (preferred). Experience with Sales Cloud, data modeling, and security architecture.
- Proven experience in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are a plus. Strong expertise in: Sales Cloud Apex programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) REST API integrations JavaScript Preferred Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
