Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.

We are seeking talented staff members to join our team! Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Baltimore County schools .

We offer W2 Salaried, W2 Fee for Services, and 1099 positions. 

Fee for Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make! 

*Please note this is not a Guidance Counselor position. This is a Mental Health Therapist position within the Baltimore County schools.*

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned caseload (Provide ongoing therapy)
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Complete contact notes for completed sessions- All documentation is completed in a cloud-based EHR
• Development of person-centered treatment plans when necessary

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
• Licensed in Maryland to provide mental health treatment
• Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
• Background Check
• Highly organized and possesses time management

Compensation details: 50000-75 Yearly Salary
