Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2025–2026 School Year – In‑Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring  Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time,  in-person positions  in Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year . Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: In-person school-based setting
• Caseload: Assigned based on district needs
• Service Areas: Student evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, collaboration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
