Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of large electrical projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Lead project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards, contract specifications, and safety requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates
• Monitor job costing, labor productivity, and material tracking to ensure profitability
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
• Collaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field operations

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership project management role
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management tools
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
