Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• I have over 7 years of professional software development experience, particularly in full-stack development.
• I possess at least 3 years of experience in technical leadership roles, such as a team lead, tech lead, or senior engineer, mentoring other team members.
• I have a proven track record of architecting, delivering, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 7, React, and SQL Server.
• I have led teams through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from design to development, deployment, and maintenance.

• I am skilled in backend development using .NET Core 7 and C# with extensive knowledge of async programming, generics, LINQ, and modern language features.
• I excel at building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and middleware, as well as using Entity Framework Core for optimal performance and code-first projects.
• I am familiar with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and layered architecture, along with implementing authentication and authorization methods such as JWT and OAuth2.
• In frontend development, I have strong hands-on experience with React, including React Hooks, Context API, and modern component-driven architecture, along with proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• I have expertise in state management with tools like Redux and Zustand, and I am adept at using UI frameworks such as Material UI and TailwindCSS.
• Additionally, I have advanced skills in relational database design and optimization with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex T-SQL queries and utilizing query optimization techniques.
• I am experienced in designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems, particularly in cloud services, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and various architecture and DevOps practices.
• I demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, managing team capacity, and resolving technical conflicts.
• My experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies enables me to lead sprints effectively, prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality releases, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

This position is a full-time role, with a salary range of $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, requiring in-person work.
