**Senior Pega Developer** - **Irving, TX - 25-06481** **Hybrid (onsite 2x/week in Irving, TX)** **1+ Yrs Duration** **W2 Only - Must be able to work directly with NTTD / No C2C** NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based business process management (BPM) applications. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. + Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness of applications. + Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. + Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Pega applications. + Contribute to the overall system architecture and provide recommendations. + Integrate Pega applications with other systems and web services. + Maintain and enhance Pega frameworks and tools. Skills required: + Overall 5+ years of experience. + 3+ Significant experience with Pega Platform (Pega PRPC), with a strong understanding of its architecture and design. + 2+ Experience with performance monitoring tools like Splunk and AppDynamics. + Experience with DevOps practices for the Pega platform. + Strong scripting skills (Shell, Bash) in a Red Hat Linux environment. + Experience in leading development teams and project management. + Hands-on experience with various Pega tools and functionalities, such as case management, rules, and UI. + Familiarity with Java, J2EE, XML, and web services. + Experience with relational databases and SQL. + Proficiency in Agile methodologies and development practices. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. + Relevant Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, CLSA) are often required. **\#LI-NorthAmerica** About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
