Job: Systems Administrator with Workday HCM Program experience

This individual is serving in a Systems Administrator role for the HCM Digital Transformation Project. This individual is responsible for partnering with the HCM Program
Management Office (PMO), OSHR Leadership, and the State's Workday HCM Functional Leads to:

The HCM Digital Solution implementation of Workday HCM Phase I goes live in early October with Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding/Offboarding, Position Description Management and Organizational Charts. This resource will support the implemented solution, along with having responsibility of leading the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and documentation of new forms and business processes., Additionally, this individual with work with the Integration Lead on any new or enhanced integrations to support Workday.
Strategize and plan for the expansion of Workday Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities to be made available to participating state agencies Required 7 Years
Document findings, assess findings to the strategy, and recommend approach options to most efficiently and effectively develop and execute a roadmap Required 7 Years
Design, develop, document, configure, test, and implement new Workday business processes Required 7 Years
Partner with the state's Technical Lead to assist with testing integration enhancements and/or new integrations Required 7 Years
Experience working closely with the SMEs to develop new or changed business process designs Required 7 Years
Experience assisting the Workday Delivery Team with post go-live support and ongoing sustainment as needed Required 7 Years
