** is seeking a TIG Welder for a sheet metal fabrication company in Mount Pleasant, PA!This is a great opportunity for a skilled TIG welder who enjoys precision work, light-gauge metals, and a clean, organized fabrication environment. You’ll work with stainless and aluminum sheet metal, assist in multiple stages of fabrication, and help ensure finished parts meet strict quality standards.
**Shift:
** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMWeld Test Required

**Job Duties of the TIG Welder:
**• Perform TIG welding on light-gauge sheet metal (11–16 ga.)• Assist with MIG welding on various metal materials as needed• Fabricate, fit, and assemble sheet metal parts prior to welding• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance• Read and interpret basic shop drawings or fabrication layouts• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the welding area• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards• Other duties as required
**Qualifications of the TIG Welder:
**• High school diploma or GED• 1+ years TIG welding experience (sheet metal experience strongly preferred)• Must be able to TIG weld 11- and 16-gauge material• Ability to pass a weld test• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, and stand throughout the shift
