Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as a Tour Guide Guest Experience Associate and help build the world’s most sought-after motorcycles.

Job Summary:

The Tour Guide (GEA) at the Powertrain Operations plant will be responsible for learning a scripted tour of the plant’s history, function and process and sharing this content with guests touring the plant, following company guidelines for accuracy, confidentiality and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Requires outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to understand and resolve visitor questions or issues.
• Ability to learn and understand manufacturing and mechanical processes is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and work calmly in a dynamic environment.
• Must be willing to learn and perform all aspects of day-to-day operations and assist with any area of the guest experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while providing exemplary one-on-one assistance to guests required.
• Some knowledge of Harley-Davidson history and brand a plus.
• Ability to walk the tour route (1.5 miles) 1-3 times daily.

Education Specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years or older).

Experience Requirements

• Experience working in a customer-facing role; ideally in a retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high attention to detail.
• A comfort level with computers and ability to learn a point of sale system (i.e. processing credit cards and cash).
• Previous experience in a guest-facing work environment is preferred.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
