Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Care Manager Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Clinical Manager, Home Health- Silverdale, WA Skills Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have a good understanding of the Federal, State, and Local laws / regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a home health agency. Required: Oasis HomeCare HomeBase Home Health Experience Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and hold an active RN license. Experience: Essential: Must have a minimum of two years nursing experience and one year experience in home health. Desired: Supervisory experience is preferred.
