Location: Modern, Stylish Hotel – Tribeca, NYC
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Step into a leadership role at one of Tribeca’s most modern and design-driven hotels. As Operations Manager , you’ll be at the center of the action — guiding teams, elevating guest experiences, and shaping the culture of a vibrant property that thrives on creativity and hospitality excellence.

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B.

• Serve as Manager on Duty, keeping everything running smoothly in the GM’s absence.

• Build and lead a high-performing team with hands-on coaching and support.

• Drive service standards that surprise and delight our guests.

• Partner with leadership on financial reports, cost control, and overall performance.

• Maintain compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.

• Be visible, approachable, and proactive on the floor — setting the tone for hospitality done right.

• 3+ years of progressive hotel experience in operations, rooms, or F&B.

• Proven leadership and supervisory background.

• Strong communicator who thrives under pressure and leads with positivity.

• Tech-savvy with hotel systems and Microsoft Office.

As our Overnight Operations Manager , you’ll be the key leader ensuring seamless service, financial accuracy, and guest safety during late-night hours. You’ll keep the hotel energized overnight while preparing everything for the next day’s success.

• Lead hotel operations overnight as Manager on Duty.

• Supervise front office, housekeeping, and engineering during night shifts.

• Handle guest arrivals, late check-ins, requests, and emergencies with confidence.

• Perform nightly audit duties: balance daily charges, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports.

• Ensure property safety and security protocols are consistently followed.

• Train, support, and motivate overnight associates.

• Communicate with day leadership to ensure smooth handoffs.

• 1+ year of experience in hotel front office, audit, or operations at a lifestyle or luxury property.

• Supervisory experience is required.

• Financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Calm, solutions-driven leader who thrives under pressure.

• Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication skills and knowledge of PMS systems (FSD certification a plus).
