Seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney to work with one of the area's Top Law Firms, a distinction achieved by less than 150 of the 40,000 law firms practicing in the Tri-State area. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has experience Trust and Estates planning. The Trust & Estates Attorney is responsible for overseeing a multitude of open estates to ensure timely and complete receipt. Open to candidates from NJ, Rochester, NY and Buffalo, NY!

Job Description:

* Advise clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration.
* Serve high-net-worth individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and corporate trust departments and collaborate with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
* Develop and implement multi-generational wealth preservation strategies.
* Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and communication.

Experience you will need:

6-9 years of experience in Trust & Estates matters.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to clients' needs.
Ability to write in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills.
Ability to perform quick and reliable research.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Commitment to the legal profession and a teamwork approach.
