Job Description

Summary
We’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking Videographer & Creative Content Specialist to help us grow our social media brand. This person will handle both the production and some editing of video content , while also contributing to the creative strategy and concept development behind our campaigns.
Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit short- and long-form videos for social media platforms.
Develop creative content ideas and strategies that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Collaborate with our agents and marketing team to capture video content at listings, events, and community activities.
Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
Create video content optimized for each platform — including Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn posts.
Capture b-roll footage and assist in photo content as needed.
Operate and maintain professional video, audio, and lighting equipment for both in-studio and on-location shoots.
Manage media assets, project files, and backups to ensure organized, efficient workflows.
Contribute creative ideas for new formats, storytelling styles, and innovative approaches that push our brand’s digital presence forward.
Collaborate across departments to brainstorm and execute engaging visual campaigns.
Maintain a strong understanding of current social media video trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media content creation.
Strong storytelling ability with a creative mindset for idea generation.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio or demo reel showcasing prior video work is required.
FAA Drone license or willingness to obtain it is a requirement.
