Welding Supervisor - 1st Shift | Stable Manufacturer

We're partnering with a reliable manufacturer seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead their 1st shift weld bay. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, focused on safety, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead weld bay operations including safety, quality, and production
* Schedule work, track inventory, and drive efficiency
* Train, mentor, and evaluate welders
* Support hiring, attendance, and performance management
* Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, Lean)

Qualifications:

* High school diploma required; technical degree or certifications a plus
* Skilled in various welding techniques (hardwire, flux-core, sub-arc)
* Able to read blueprints and manage large table setups
* Supervisory experience in manufacturing required
* Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a bonus
