Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Production Goals: Meet and exceed sales and business production targets.
• Sales & Service: Provide insurance quotes, conduct virtual sales presentations, and close sales with new and existing clients.
• Referral Program: Promote and explain our client referral program to expand your customer base.
• Cross-Sell & Up-Sell: Maximize each client interaction by offering additional financial products.
• Training & Team Support: Mentor and support team members, sharing your expertise.
• Compliance: Follow all underwriting, rating, and regulatory standards.
• Customer Service: Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through calls, emails, texts, and other channels.

Qualifications

• Life & Health License: Must hold an active license (we’ll help you obtain one if needed).
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet goals.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resourceful, and coachable.
• Strong Communication Skills: Professional phone etiquette, negotiation, and clear communication.
• Relationship Builder: Develop strong connections with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solver: Effectively handle day-to-day challenges.
• Team Player: Contribute positively to a collaborative environment.
• Quiet Workspace: Must have a distraction-free area for calls and presentations.
