Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Laborer for a job in Dover Nh. The ideal candidate will assist in various concrete construction tasks, including mixing, pouring, spreading, smoothing, and finishing concrete jobs.

Pay is $25-27 an hour DOE

Responsibilities:  

• Assist with the preparation and setup of forms and molds. 

• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment. 

• Level and smooth concrete using screeds, trowels, floats, and other tools. 

• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces. 

• Remove forms after concrete sets and clean work areas. 

• Load and unload materials and tools from trucks. 

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by foreman or supervisor. 

Requirements:  

• Previous experience in concrete or general construction is preferred but not required. 

• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. 

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. 

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. 

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions. 

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience with finishing concrete surfaces. 

• Knowledge of form setting and rebar installation. 

• OSHA certification is a plus.
