Job Description

The Massage Therapist will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for delivering high quality massage therapy services, building a client base within the club, and collaborating with staff to enhance overall member experience and retention. The therapist will maintain their own schedule, payment collection system, and client records while adhering to Anytime Fitness standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide massage therapy services such as deep tissue, sports massage, recovery / stretch therapy and relaxation techniques. Conduct client assessments and recommend individualized treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized, and professional therapy space in compliance with health and safety regulations Promote recovery services to members through floor interaction, events, and staff collaboration Maintain proper license, insurance, and continuing education requirements Manage scheduling, billing, and documentation in accordance with independent contractor requirements Represent Anytime Fitness brand with exceptional customer service Qualifications: Current Florida Massage Therapy License required Liability insurance required CPR/AED certification preferred Experience in sports or fitness related therapy is preferred Strong communication skills and client focused approached Ability to build rapport and retain a regular client base
