The Chief of Staff Association (CSA) is the leading global membership organization for chiefs of staff, with members across more than 75 countries. Our community includes chiefs of staff from some of the world’s most influential organizations in business, non-profits, and government, such as Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill, the Red Cross, the U.S. Government to name a few.
Our mission is to connect chiefs of staff worldwide, creating a trusted network that empowers members to solve complex challenges.
As Membership & Enterprise Growth Manager, you will drive membership and revenue growth for a global association. You’ll build trusted relationships with executives and chiefs of staff, manage your pipeline from prospecting to close, and shape offers that highlight the value of community and certification. You’ll use data to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and collaborate across Growth, Enterprise, Communications, Education, and Engagement teams to strengthen retention, referrals, and commercial outcomes.
You will play a key role in CSA’s North American expansion. The role is based in our Manhattan office, with regular travel across the region.
You will lead growth initiatives across our expanding US community, serving as a central part of our US operations. Working closely with global colleagues in member engagement and events, you will help shape and deliver our US Growth Strategy in partnership with company leadership.
This role offers broad exposure across education, communications, operations, and commercial growth. As the CSA continues to expand, we’ll support you to shape a development path that reflects your strengths and career ambitions, within the organization and beyond.
The Chief of Staff Association will always provide equal opportunities to any employee or job applicant. We will never discriminate or have prejudices on a person’s race, religious beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, gender, relationship status, disabilities or due to pregnancy or maternity.
