Job Title: Change Manager
Location: USA (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:As a Change Manager at Trilyon, Inc. , you will play a key role in guiding enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will define, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies that foster business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption across complex technology programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change management planning and execution for strategic technology initiatives.
Partner with executives, program managers, and functional leaders to identify and mitigate change impacts.
Develop and deliver communication, training, and adoption plans to ensure organizational readiness.
Drive stakeholder engagement and build leadership alignment to sustain transformation goals.
Track and measure adoption metrics to assess change effectiveness and report progress.
Leverage Prosci/ADKAR methodologies to enable a structured, scalable change process.
Support large-scale ERP/CRM transformations (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Apply strong storytelling and visualization skills using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Prosci/ADKAR certification preferred.
Proven expertise in executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership coaching.
Experience with business readiness assessments , training strategy , and adoption analytics.
Ability to manage change in complex environments involving global and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
