A leading global law firm - one of the acknowledged elite on the New York-London corridor - seeks a Partner-level lawyer to join its rapidly expanding Leveraged / Debt Finance practice in New York.
You'll excel in this role if you bring:
Substantial experience leading large, complex, cross-border leveraged and structured finance transactions - including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, liability management, asset-based and liability-based financings, and restructurings.
A strong track record advising sponsor-backed private equity clients, corporate borrowers, and other sophisticated financial-sponsor clients on multi-jurisdictional debt financings and strategic capital solutions.
A commercial mindset combined with deep technical knowledge, able to navigate high-stakes negotiations for both debt and structured financing across jurisdictions.
You'll be joining a firm whose leveraged finance group is co-headed globally by a partner whose practice exemplifies the calibre of work you'll lead - including high-value acquisition financings, recapitalizations and cross-border debt deals for leading private equity firms and corporations worldwide.

Compensation is attractive and commensurate with seniority and deal flow: USD 1.5 million to USD 4 million+ (depending on performance, origination and contributions).
