Job Description

We are seeking to add associates to several markets within our client's footprint. The focus is real estate law and estate planning. We are seeking driven professionals that will work hard, learn, and be part of a true team atmosphere. 

Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to SC Bar and have 1 - 5 years experience. Duties will include drafting motions and memorandums of law. Candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. Communication skills and the ability to work well with others are also important. The candidate will interact regularly with clients, agents, and other law firms, which requires a positive attitude and the ability to be a problem solver. Candidate must have the ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures and practices.
